Strathnairn Homestead holds an annual people's choice exhibition called 'Squares' . This is the fourth year it has run and I decided to enter in to it. Entry into the exhibition is $20 and that also includes the canvas, which is a 30x30cm square which you can do whatever you like to artistically.
Each piece must be for sale and the canvas which receives the most votes wins the artist $300!!
As you can see from the picture of my canvas above I divided my canvas into four and created a kangaroo or two in each of the quadrants. Hence calling my piece Kangaroo2 .
The exhibition is open to the public from Friday 5 August through to Sunday 21 August, so please go along and vote for my kangaroos!
